Good Morning Uganda - a Country where a president who has been in power for 29 years and is still fighting to lead for another 5 yeas has the guts to tell other prospective leaders that they are struggling for nothing! That there is nothing in the Presidency! That power belongs to Parliament and the Judiciary! This is the same President that has orphaned the Judiciary for close to 2 years with no Chief Justice or Substantive Deputy Chief Justice. He is also the one that has usurped the powers and functions of Parliament through the Kyankwanzi NRM Caucus. He is also the one who smiled bloody when Evelyn Anite was getting on her knees in a blue skirt and a yellow t- shirt (whatever that combination meant) to move a motion for Sorry Candidate. Now he says he is a mere lobbyist! THE BIG QUESTIONS: How do you gauge this level of dishonesty? When did leadership stop being a service where leaders should come and go? Why should a person struggle to die in power to merely remain a lobbyist? If being a president means nothing, why not retire to become a proud cattle keeper?
