Good Morning from Heaven. I remember this shopping day so well. It was exactly one month before my birthday and we went to Home Depot with Tommy. Sandy Wayne and I were looking at lawn tractors, and wishing we could buy one of these for Tommy, for my birthday. I like doing something for others on my birthday, it is my present to myself. Well, Sandy Wayne tried out all of the little tractors and she liked the green one best, and perhaps it was because I was singing the country song John Deere Green to her while she was posing. Yes, we are a bit silly and somewhat strange at times, after all who else takes this kind of pet shopping at the Home Depot? Well, we didnt get the lawn tractor and poor Tommy had to use the old beat up one for a while longer, but he eventually picked out one of his own, and it was not either of the ones we picked out! Although Sandy Wayne loved sitting on the lawn mowers, and ATVs while they were turned off, you had better have her inside the house when you start the engine. Otherwise she would claw your face off trying to get on your head or down your shirt. She never attempted to run away, as she was too afraid to let go, but how she hated loud and unusual noises. She would watch this grass cutting activity from inside the house, while sitting on the opposite side of the big glass door. Even when it came time to vacuum, I waited for Tommy to come inside the house and he took her into the bedroom, with the door closed and TV on before I would vac the rest of the house. These noises terrified her and I feel that it also hurt her head. I sure do miss our shopping trips sweet baby, and hope you and Lewis are having a blast in Heaven. Many have asked how Grace is doing and just to let you all know she is fine. She has found a new favorite place to rest during the day. She now goes into our bedroom, climbs into Sarahs playpen (which is at the foot of the bed), and snuggles under the blanket in Sarahs little bed. Tommy says she is doing this to get away from the noise of the little kids (Sarah and Faith.) when they start to get under her skin. I guess us old gals cant tolerate things like we once did. Please know that our girl is doing very well and we are not posting much about her nor posting photos for her own protection. Someone is determined to cause us to lose out sweet girl, and continues to file reports and send authorities to our house; so we are not giving in to the BULLYING, but there comes a time when we have to give in to protect the ones we love, and we do love Grace so much. The Fly Boys will be making a new life of their own soon as they are very capable of living in the big trees in the yard. They passed their puberty stages and are ready to become young men with families of their own, and it is only right to allow them to be where they will be the most happy. Thank you for all the love you send to these babies. Since we are getting such a late start, we will begin our days work.
