However, it’s not expected to last much longer. According to an article in CNN Money, during the next 12 months housing prices are predicted to drop down to 6.5%. This considerable drop is going to be much more appealing to home buyers, leveling off the price increase after the highest rise in the housing market since its peak seven years ago.
