Good Tuesday morning. Today on Oct 14, 1964 one of our very own put on his best and showed the world he was a champion. Yesterday our nation celebrated him and his accomplishments, by changing Native American Day to Billy Mills Day. Here on the Pine Ridge we have primary election day and I am thinking about Billy Mills. He said he visualized his win and he spent time each day doing that. He worked at winning that race for years. Time to change arrived tona years ago, people have been in prayer for a long time. Lets stop denying it and start the process of change by casting our votes for legitimate leaders who will allow for change. I hope voters are serious about ending corruption and finding a better way for our people. Think and choose wisely, who will represent your district with dignity, honor, respect and real leadership. Remember today belongs to you. Polls open at 9 am and close at 7 pm. I want to wish all of the candidates the best of luck. Now lets go get after this Oyate.
