You, like many others ,are to hurried , hassled, and overextended. The peace of moder life is street hinges all of us beyond our limits. .. If you suffer from High anxiety , there is only one longterm answer to your problem : You have to make some significant life changes. PHILIPPINES 4 : 6 - 9 Dont be anxious about anything, but in everything by Prayers and Supplication with Thanksgiving let your request be made known to God. And the Peace of God ,which surpasses all understanding, will guard you hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
