Good afternoon everyone. I sadly have to be a little firmer on some of my policies. When placing custom orders a minimum of 50% initial payment must be made within 48 hours of your booking. Personalized items now require 100% payment made before I can begin work. I am very sorry I have to do this : ( Once payment has been made then we can discuss finals details like colours, sizing, spelling of name, etc... Only design will be discussed before payment is made. Just a reminder items are for pickup or shipping only. I can not deliver or meet up with anyone, very sorry. If you do require shipping please make sure to book early so there is enough time to receive your items. I am so sorry to have to enforce this rule, there have been a few bad apples lately that have ruined it for all : (
