Good afternoon friends, Today marks an important day. Not only is today exactly seven (7) weeks until the election, it also marks the day that Assemblyman Ed Hennessey tries to silence your voice. As we speak, Ed Hennessey’s henchman lawyer is in court trying to throw Dean off the “Stop Common Core” ballot line. Apparently, it’s not enough that the Assemblyman supports the Common Core, but now he is actively working to silence those who oppose it. He is trying to silence our voice! Disgustingly, the Assemblyman has alleged fraud in his petition to the court. He is alleging that you, all of our hardworking, dedicated volunteers committed fraud in the signature collection process. Let me repeat that, HE ALLEGED IN COURT THAT YOU ALL COMMITTED FRAUD! That same guy who doesn’t really live in the district that he allegedly represents; that same guy who didn’t pay his taxes on two (2) properties in the district; the same guy that voted to keep the Common Core, is now accusing you of committing fraud. Mr. Hennessey’s claims are a slap in the face to all of you who worked tirelessly to secure that line, not only for Dean, but also as a way for your voice to be heard in Albany. Ed Hennessey should be ashamed of himself. He will do anything and everything to keep his tax payer funded paycheck, including accusing all of you of engaging in fraudulent activities….
