Good day, As you are likely aware, we have sparked a new initiative to help with increasing costs for Homeless Connect and are now offering Individual Sponsorship opportunities. We have raised over $1,200 but we still have a ways to go to reach our goal of $5000. When you sponsor this event our team of social media volunteers will give you a personal shout of thanks, as well as a thank you sign to our individual sponsors will be posted at the event. Please consider becoming an individual sponsors as every dollar truly does help! https://homelessconnectyeg.eventbrite.ca Additionally, you may have heard the Bissell Centre’s thrift shop on 118 avenue sustained extensive damage in a fire. That location was the primary drop off point for many people who had items to donate to Homeless Connect. In true community spirit, Hope Mission has graciously offered their central facility and south side Bargain Shoppe for donation drop offs in lieu of the central location. A complete list of drop off locations is listed below and attached is a poster for the clothing drive. We greatly appreciate you support and understanding.
