Good day Leaders, For the new financial year (2014/2015), all clubs & societies financial year budget will be announced in NOVEMBER. The reason are because 1. Financial department require time to calculate. 2. October new students intake Thus by NOVEMBER the students funds are calculated and given to H.E.P thus HEP will calculate and present to all the clubs and societies the distribution of each club financial year budget. The same goes for all clubs and societies under colleges (CFGS, COE, COIT, COGS). All clubs and societies can still run their events normally and will be deducted from their funds once the funds are distributed.
