Good day. Went to the Nursery, with a good friend, to get starter lettuce & chard plants. Then sat in the sun, and enjoyed a latte & laughs with her at the little café on the grounds, there. Time spent with Diane is always a good time. You can be yourself & you dont have to pretend that life is always rosy with her. Di tells it like it is!! Came home and planted the lettuce & pruned a few shrubs. Rog planted the chard, chard seeds & sugar snap pea seeds!! I think Im going to have enough lettuce for an Army. (I got a little carried away ;-) Might have to sell some out along the roadside. Feels so good to be out in the garden, again, and prepping for summer veggies!
