Good day my friends! How do you define a satisfying day? When is something good? When it meets my expectations? Seldom. Usually, my expectations are filled with self and unrealistic hope. This means that the result is usually a try at working towards of the wrong objectives. If however, I can set my ambition level in a spiritual perspective and work at obtaining this, my definition of satisfaction is much different! Today I try to be of service, do my best to help others, share my experience and refrain from asking something in return. Then, and only then, will I have to frame of mind to receive and appreciate gratitude, both within myself, from being, and from outside, as unexpected returns.... Try it! It works! Fight the cancer! Live!
