This week were thrilled to be joined by Mayor Steve Benjamin on Thursday, September 18 at 1:30 pm to celebrate our studios new location and growing services. Fit Columbia, home to Fit Yoga, includes an Iyenger rope wall system and is now located in Suite 200 at 2927 Devine Street in a newly-renovated, 1,000 square-foot studio that supports both small-group and individual fitness training and group yoga classes. If you have not had a chance to experience the yoga wall for yourself, please come by and visit! Or call Anne Nichols Miller to set up a demonstration yoga wall, a unique health and wellness option in Columbia.
