Good evening, Team Tommy! Today was pretty quiet. Tommy started the day with dialysis. They have taken over 50 pounds of fluid off him in the past 7 days. He is at a good weight now. They are going to transition him onto another pain medication because the Norco has given him some nasty side effects such as loss of hearing and itching. Tommy slept most of the day today. He didnt do any physical therapy. He was able to sit in the chair for a few hours this evening. He only ate once today and it was a few bites. Tomorrow he will have a nuclear stress test done. Unfortunately, no new news on what they think is going on with him. Being out of ICU hopefully a new set of eyes on his case will be helpful. He enjoyed the company of visitors today. It always makes his eyes light up to see loved ones. Hopefully tomorrow morning, I will know more. Thank you all for supporting us during this difficult time! I can never thank you all enough!!
