Good evening, everyone, we are at LP Field in Nashville for the Thursday nighter between Tennessee and Indianapolis. This would have been a much bigger game if the Titans hadnt flubbed their gimme putt Sunday against the awful Jacksonville Jaguars, losing 29-27 to stay two games behind the Colts in the AFC South. Indianapolis picked Sunday to impersonate an NFL team and lost 38-8 at home to the 4-6 Rams. Making matters worse for Tennessee is that it must play the rest of the year without Jake Locker (foot), meaning it has to play turnover machine Ryan Fitzpatrick under center. To me, this wont bode well for the Titans postseason chances. They need five wins in their last seven games to qualify for the second wild card and with trips to Indy and Denver coming up in December, that means they cant screw up any of the other games -- including tonight. Colts must be ready to play out of the gate. Theyve trailed 49-3 at halftime in their last two games. Kickoff is at 7:25 and NFL Network is airing it.
