Good morning America, do you have a central air conditioner unit sitting in your attic? Have you checked that the condensate drain is unplugged and draining the condensate? If not, do you have flood insurance? Properly installed units will also have a secondary condensate drain for the condensate pan, this drain goes to the exterior of the building. When condensate is dripping from the secondary drain it often means the primary condensate line is plugged by algae or other debris. Bye, I have to go pour bleach down the condensate drain.
