Good morning Foodaholics... Happy Monday morning as always Monday is a fruit day at school... Made muffins for my Muffin.. My initial plan was to make Banana walnut muffins but didnt have enough on hand so made a few changes and heres the outcome.... Banana Pecan muffins..... ready in just 3 mins...Oh the aroma in the house makes me wanna eat more.. Not too overly sweet and the softness due to bananas and the crunch from the pecans... worth the hard work (actually No hard work at all as whipped the batter in 2 minutes and baked for just 3) :) :) :)
