Good morning Friends :D Do we dare begin? :P Assuming the likes meant members to this program, I dare begin. About: Join in the page everyday for updates that we can inculcate little by little in our everyday life. During this program Ill keep in consideration the time factor, financial factor, Mauritian daily lifestyle and also Ill try make it something gradual and not drastic so that everyone can follow and be part of it :) Day 1: The first thing that we must do before indulging ourselves in this program or any fitness program is to handle our environment. This is the key!! What I mean by that is to avoid temptations. We can start the 1st day being very motivated and all but sitting at a table with people eating chocolates, chips, burgers and the popular Chinese and Indian food surely make that motivated spirit fly away. How can one possibly resist? So step 1, bring your friend and family with you. No matter their weight junk foods are always harmful in one way or another. That is why Ive been careful to call it a Fitness Program not a weight loss one (But dont worry you will lose weight rapidly). One way to do that is to encourage people close to you or the one you care about to do the steps with you or simply by asking them to join me here by sharing this post or the page itself :) Next post of Day 2 will be made available only after i reach an adequate number of likes, so that i know the members of this program are very much here active and ready to let the work begin. Do share the word because I want to motivate as many people as I can. Enough is enough be it diabetes or cancers Mauritius is climbing the stairs so rapidly to be the number one, so lets help to pull it down together.
