Good morning, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kalaymyo, Seremban, Noakhali and Camalaniugan; this is the day the LORD has made ... Prayer for Wednesday, January 7, 2015: God of comfort and strength, thank You for providing for our needs, and thank You for supporting us during the storms. With you on our side, who can defeat us?! Lord, we raise up to You today the faithful in our congregations who are having a rough time at the moment; whether it be due to poor health, loneliness, financial burden, harsh employment or otherwise. We ask your blessing on these dear sisters and brothers; may Your Spirit of peace and endurance touch them and stay with them as they struggle forward with their burdens. Indeed, Lord, may the wisdom and love of your Word buoy all of us; keeping us safe from danger and in fellowship with one another. Guard our loved ones, O God, and pick us up when we stumble; in Jesus gracious name we pray, Amen! (It never hurts to think about the Golden Rule when starting ones day.
