Good morning We often forget to thank people who do those jobs where you think a thank you is not deserved. I have this UPS driver who usually delivers very late in the day. I am also one of those people who waits until the last minute to order something for my art because, well, paint brushes and paint are not cheap. I finally saw I needed brushes and ordered some then realizing I was out of my favorite blue I use for my skies. I needed it for Baby. So I ordered them. The other day I thought when he came late in the day he had them and I told him I was going to hug his neck. It was not my paint and I told him I needed it badly to finish painting my sky for my Baby painting and if it came the next day could he PLEASE bring it earlier. I told him where I ordered them. I knew that was next to impossible. So yesterday morning I got up and did some things trying to wait patiently for the end of the day and around 11:45 my doorbell on my gate rang. My gate was open and he sat the box at my door and went to the gate and rang the doorbell. He knows the one at the house does not ring. He also knows I never hear anyone knock on the door as I a usually in my studio. I was excited and saw him drive up the next road and he honked his horn as he drove. I suppose iris not often he recurs an artist in distress. So, thank you to my UPS driver. Why am I writing this today? It was sunny all day yesterday and now it is raining. Had he come late in the day, it would be tomorrow before I could have painted Babys beautiful sky and got my photos. Have a nice day and remember to say Thank you once in a while. Kim Ward
