Good morning/afternoon yall. Did you get moving this morning? I got my beast mode on this morning and started the bulk phase of Body Beast with bulk chest workout. My wings need some serious attention and development I kept my chest press to flys at 15# pounds, I cant do flys safely past that....YET My right bicep hurts more than my chest does, but that could be from boxing last night. Alright #fitfam. Do something today for you and do something nice for someone else today. You wont be sorry you did
