Good morning, all! Up and ready for work! After two days of very hearty breakfasts (think grits, eggs, hashbrowns, etc), I am on my smoothies again! Banana, blueberries, oats, a touch of honey, vanilla almond milk and kale. Excellent taste and nutrition! Never be too restrictive in your food lifestyle, but dont forget to do something good in your health journey every day! Balance is the key! Blessings, my friends!
