Good morning all! What a perfect morning it is out there today. The sky was filled with stars, there was a cool banana moon & all was quite and peaceful. It was also a bit on the chilly side. I was cold until I got going. Awesome morning for a run! I did speed work this morning. I did 1 mile repeats followed by a mile cool down. It was great & it went so quickly. Before I knew it, seven miles were completed. Now to get ready so I can get a hot chocolate & warm up haha. Have a super day! Get out there & enjoy!
