Good morning barely all my wonderful family & friends. Yesterday, even with the pain I have, I thought some exercise might help with the pain so I went ahead and did my 25 minute bike ride and didnt feel too bad after that so I decided to mow my front & back yards. Well that was a workout. I have gotten to where I can barely get that done any longer as I now have to take short breaks here and there to get the energy to continue so finally right as Im finishing, a thunder storm hits and starts dropping tons of rain before I could even get the lawn mower back in the shed. Well the rest of the day was relaxing and dealing with the pain. I did contact my doctors office about scheduling the nerve burns and they are supposed to get back to me, as yet I have not heard back. I have had my first person come out and give me a bid on resealing my AC ducts in the attack to stop my enormous electric bill. Not too bad but this company does not work with the electric company on billing so it is cheaper. That company comes out tomorrow!! Well everyone, I hope you all have a healthy and beautiful day!!!
