Good morning everyone. Today is going to be a beautiful day. We hope to see lots of you guys in here today for our half price sale or just to volunteer. All of our animals need the love you all have to give. We would also like to apologize for the inconvenience of our waiting list to bring animals into the shelter. We currently have 50 cats/kittens at the shelter, 6 being fostered, & 6 over at Petsense next to Wal-Mart. We have 87 dogs at the shelter and 10 in foster homes. We have been getting some animals adopted out and bringing some in off of our waiting list in exchange. If you have your name on our list feel free to call our office @ (870)793-0090 and see how much longer until your animals can come in. We also have two days a month that we offer a pet food assistance program. The second Wednesday and last Saturday of every month. We only require proof of income and residency, if you are on our wait list we are a bit more lenient. we at HSIC want to wish you all the most wonderful day!!!
