Good morning everyone, please keep my son Darian Baker & I in your prayers. They still havent produced any evidence whatsoever concerning text messages that he was suppose to have sent Madysen Laird (the 9th grade student who accused him of sending her a text message threatening to KILL her & other students). Its a BIG LIE but theyre sticking to their story because theyre up a creek without a paddle & a court date has been set for April 17th. BUT YOU WONT BELIEVE THIS!!! He was picked up from school AGAIN without me being notified & he has been in Jail since Wednesday!!! They said he violated the release form which is some type of probation even though he NEVER pleaded guilty nor has he been charged with anything! They said he was told to stay a certain amount of feet from Madysen Laird & Tabitha Coleman (whoever that is)? & so theyre saying he crossed the boundry or something even though they attend the same school & walk down the same halls at times. This is just ANOTHER BIG FAT LIE & desperate attempt to try & pend something on him before the court date April 17th. Theyre just hanging themselves with more rope but I still have to go up to the County Courthouse in Angleton at 12:30 this afternoon for ANOTHER hearing for him to be released & everytime they do this they parade him through the front door & up the stairs in prisoners clothes wearing hand & ankle cuffs. This is an outrage!!! FYI - I wasnt planning on going public with this but due to the circumstances I have no choice because Im running for Clute City Council Ward C & early voting begins April 28th. Im also running for City Judge of Clute next year & they know Im a God fearing man, dont kiss butt & dont show partiality or favoritism so just maybe that has something to do with all of this? Just maybe?
