Good news, commuters isnt something we get to say often, but here it is: Half of the Riverside County I-215 project (the Menifee part) is on track to be completed early, by the end of this year. And despite two crashes into the same bridge in Perris, transportation officials say that half of the project will be ready on time, in mid-2015.
