!!Good news for USA!! - Shes nolonger in last place! Harpers CANADA now ranks dead last in environmental protection of major countries. Canadas score has been falling, every year, since 2003. (oddly, thats about when her Conservative Party started taking over the government). Still - it did take 10 years - but Canada has finally accomplished it: Canada has dropped below the U.S. into bottom place on the environment component. Sorry, America.
