Good news for all the TEACHERS : How bout us NURSES? Most of us have to volunteer for several months/ years before we get hired. Then after those volunteering ACT, were still not sure if well be hired. Aside from that the SG 15 as mentioned in RA 9173 is never implemented. Usually our salary per month ranges from 3,000- 18,000php depending on the institution were working. >We work on trishift (AM, PM and NIGHT). >Have to be present even during calamities as a call of duty. >Expose to patients with different diagnosis. >Have to maintain bein patience even if we are scolded by the patients, their relatives as well as some doctors. >Have to be always alert and calm especially during emergency cases. >Have to update our skills by paying expensive trainings/ seminars. >Have to be open minded on the degradation of the society to our profession. To be a Nurse means to sacrifice your self. Will there be somethin good news for us?
