⭐Goodmorning! Just came back from à walk outside to clear my mind, be aligned, and focus on That which i want to create today. This meditation is lovely! Takes less than 25 mins and is energizing. Embrace who you really are. Its so funny though, if I really choose and intend to wake up early and start the day with exercise and meditation I can get myself out of bed. But when I am WOKEN UP or am not ready to get up, or am still dreaming, I just cant seem to open my eyes and feel so tired and grumpy. I do have to motivate myself to do this. Because I know I feel better and happier. Its not like I open my eyes the first second and feel wide awake and bouncy. My higher consciousness has to drag me out. It is a great way to start the day. ⭐❤⭐
