Goooood Morning Everyone...this is long but please read... Hope youre planning on enjoying this weekend!! Life is all about experiences not materialist things...So get out there and embrace nature and strangers. This year we will not be having a Customer Appreciation BBQ I feel I can do something bigger and more rewarding. Please take a moment to read some stats below followed by an announcement. Based on 2007 estimates: 2 out of 5 Canadians (46% of men and 41% of women) are expected to develop cancer during their lifetimes. 1 out of 4 Canadians (28% of men and 24% of women) is expected to die from cancer. These numbers are astounding!!! Truly shows that no matter who you are you will be affected by cancer one way or another! This summer (Date to be determined and location) Radar Photography will be holding a FREE Mini Session day for anyone that has cancer, is a survivor of cancer or has lost someone to cancer. We will remember them, capture, and let your story be told. I will set up an event page once I lock in a date. If the response is overwhelming I will set up 2 days back to back. We will also have a donation box that day for donating to Canadian Cancer Society. Every little bit counts. I want people to have memories that they can look at anytime and reflect on those wonderful people in their lives, there battles, and something to always keep someone in peoples thoughts when they pass on. Which is one of my biggest fears is that I will be forgotten when I go so if I can help people have a little something to remember people by then my own fear doesnt seem so bad. Pretty deep stuff but this is life. I am not exploiting this to further my business I could care less about my business when it comes to this.
