Gorgeous day here today, & I slept in! left myself 30 minutes to get to the BNI networking group the lovely Peggy P invited me to. Grrrr I was all smiles at the end though The networking groups are fantastic! essential for someone in my position having just launched, and being quite new to the area. Theres a great sense of support & encouragement being with like-minded people who are genuinely looking to help others and the benefits for themselves follows. Awesome win-wins, and full of interesting thought provoking conversations. Im a convert!! I felt great too, being able to offer a referral to a fellow member. Havent been up here that long or around the business end of things, so wasnt sure how much value I could offer, but there you go, I did manage to pass on a contact, and a huge thumbs up for Peggy P (they call it a rap/or wrap, not sure which) for being the wonderful person she is, and it feels so good offering gratitude, and helping others with their problem. dont know why this appeared here? wasnt where I wanted it, or wanted it to say.. still got a way to go b4 understanding this b fb
