Gorgeous day, we ate our croissants on the deck this morning, sparkling water, no wind just magic. Then Chris rang from Noblesville Indianna on Skype 67 mins later he had to get back to work. It was great to catch up with Lazarus he knows what I mean calling him that, I will leave it to others to try and work out the connection, he is travelling really well in his new job as residential manager, the time went to quickly, I miss our big father bear. Now to organise tonights simple dinner....4 x cups sliced mushrooms, 6 x cloves of garlic minced, teaspoon dried basil, virgin olive oil, butter, two tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, salt, cracked pepper, all cooked together till mushrooms are soft then add to half a packet of cooked spaghetti stirred together add a bit more butter/oil if it looks bit dry then top with parmaginia cheese. I am not adding this tonight but for a bit of fire a couple of small hot chillies go well. No chillies.. so we will drink an award winning 95 point 2009 Humming Bird Margaret River Shiraz purchased from GWD (a free plug for Tony Sells). Sante, my friends. Robertas birthday tomorrow so we will be out for brekky in the morning to Club Macleays waterfront bistro.
