Got an email from the woman at Finance whos been wrecking my life by refusing to comprehend her own plain-English regulations. Within one week of contacting the Inspector Generals office, she has reversed her position entirely and is now promising me that our BAH will not only be reinstated, but will also be in the bank by mid-September, along with all back pay. : Default settings changed from Screw Over Soldiers at Every Opportunity to Try Actually Doing Your Job.
