Got an upgraded pasta machine yesdy with the ravioli press. So heres my first run....the pasta is made with duck eggs and runs under the roller sweet as...highly recommended. Its a ricotta and blackened capsicum filling and the accompaning sauce is kalamatta olive, herb ,tomato and capsicum again...Im chuffed today Im an honerary Italian...of course with a Marcato machine. Bit of spagetti with the left over pasta......so cute.
