Got disappointing news in The Nuvaring suit last night. Judge and the FDA didnt rule favorably. Its not going to trial. No choice but to accept the settlement offer which after attorneys fees amounts to very little. Everybody makes out except for the women who were injured or died (like Felicia). Merk just changes the label and keeps on selling this poison. The attorneys make millions while peoples lives are destroyed and changed. After five long years, the battles over and Merk wins. This news got me so depressed last night I went to bed at 8 and never really went to sleep. Add to that, the waters out at the house and wont be fixed until today. At least theres a session today so I have a lot of work to keep my mind off of this. Rant over. Back to life.
