Got my assessment for 2015 for the Royal Palm Beach Resort. It is over $1600 per week for a 2 bedroom. Asked for the financials and under Operating Expenses is an item called Indirect Corporate Costs for $1,369,556 which is more than half all Operating Expenses. Also, under Other Operating Expenses is $1,450,296. These two items represent half the costs to operate the resort. Does anyone know what these items pay for? Also, Diamond Resorts indicates that we have a HOA Board of Directors that determines the assessment. Have never been asked to vote to elect anyone to represent me. Does anyone know about this Board? Trying to get answers from Diamond.
