Got one of the best letters today stating that OFFICER Kate Shepherd is leaving our case... she certainly wasnt independent. That is one bad egg out of the Havering Children and Young People Services. You just cant believe these kind of people are in charge of childrens well -being... We just hope she is not place to harm any more children or their families...... I just hope the New Independent Officer WILL be in the best interest of children and their families.. Its these people who help to give children a voice heard throughout their care under the local authorities.. These horrors hasnt been happening since 29th January 2013. Can you imagine how much destruction they cause....................................
