Got stress? (this feels like a dumb question because, who doesnt!?) Here is my stress busting routine! This really helps me. Morning: 3 drops Frank under tongue Clary Calm on wrists and neck Balance on feet In tune on forehead and back of head Mid day- Diffuse Wild Orange or Grapfruit Evening: Diffuse Serenity and Roman Chamomile. Sometimes add Ylang Ylang or Sandalwood Cederwood, Balance and Vetiver on Feet Cederwood on back of head Lavender on feet and neck
