It’s indicative of what occurs in salons that lack clear boundaries in guest etiquette. ‘I work around Coworkers who talk loudly to other coworkers when serving their clients or interrupt me when I’m with my client by asking where things are like pens ETC.’ One of the most self-defeating tendencies stylists working in the same salon can have is talking to each other while serving their guests. The only one worse than that is to butt in on other stylists while theyre trying to focus on their guests AKA ‘The Butt in Syndrome’ Show me a salon where such tendencies are norm and I’ll show you a group of hairdressers who will never know what it means to earn $50,000 a year in income.
