Got these Jalepenos at the farmers market last week because I wanted to make this jelly my friend Chris Bell showed me. I actually was a little bit under on the weight so I had to add 4 little banana peppers to complete it. Used pure cane sugar from the health food store and liquid pectin. I really like it. Its just hot enough and it goes good on a cracker with cheese. Only made 6 jars. recipe is from the official Ball® Canning & Recipes. Check it out :-)
