Got to visit the Cove today and it was beautiful. Saw 4 deer but due to time constraints we cut across Sparks Lane and out. However, I did see something I have never ever seen in all my years visiting there. The campground was completely empty. Not one camper! There were a few tags on posts some had left (it was 330 on Sunday afternoon) but no one in any site. I know we have some cold temps coming up but I have been there in near zero temps and always saw someone in the campground often even some in tents.
