Gotta love Netfirms. They suspended our Springboard email accounts because someone was using one of them to send spam (so they took them all down). How did they tell us what was happening? They sent us an email -- to our disabled email account. Brilliant. And then followed up -- to our disabled account. Just Fing brilliant. Thank God I contacted them -- and we were only without email for six hours.
