Gotta say... Blizzard as a creative company rocks. Endless respect and admiration for them. Their European customer support department on the other hand, they are gutter trash. A few days back I transfered to Karazhan EU. Its connected with 3 other realms, it has a very balanced in alliance:horde ratio, has low latency, and is generally a great place to be. I wanted to be on a stable server - with my guildbank and gold - in good time before the WoD launch. The transfer went through, the payment went through. I have documents to prove it all. Which now Blizzard should have too. You see today I wrote a fairly passive aggressive support ticket. Because they decided all of a sudden that the transfer that succesfully went through - and I was charged for on my card - didnt happen. In fact they say it failed, and that my character is under review. I cant log onto Goldpaw. I have sent them all the documents they should need, including a copy of my ID, the receipt and prinout from my credit card, and so on. But still... if they f*** up the WoD launch for me with this, this story will take a very ugly turn. I can reach out to several hundred thousand people across my various websites. And I will if need be. I dont handle being unfairly treated very well. I get moody. >:( #blizzardeucustomersupportsucks
