Gotta say, I love to lift. Traditional weight lifting, grunting and pushing to near failure... its a great feeling. Every sore muscle is a little triumph. Also, running. Im honestly addicted. Aiming for 1-2 marathons and 3-4 halfs this year. Week 2 in a marathon training program. Would love to qualify for Boston. And hopefully a tough mudder type event again (god that tough mudder was awesome!) My goal is to be fit. Low body fat % and muscular tone but not too big for a girl (if that makes sense). I lift 5-6 days a week and have been increasing my running to 5-6 as well. And if I do 7 days a week... well then im a happy girl. Lol. Thanks for including me in this group :)
