Gov. Kashim Shettima visits internally displaced persons from Marte The people Marte Local Government Ares of Borno State are the latest beneficiaries of the Borno State Government relief material distribution scheme to ease the suffering of the displaced persons in the State. The Governor who visited the displaced persons at Chad Basin Primary School where they are being camped and presented them with several items in addition to cash donation called on them to pray for peace in the State. The Governor who said Securities agencies are doing their best to restore normalcy in all the affected ares, also pledges to provide more assistance to the people of the area and frequently visit their camp to ascertain their well-being. The visit took place yesterday and the Governor was received during visit by all the stakeholders from the area.
