Government Policy is NOT law. It is given the colour of law by consent, when you wont consent they send in the Public order unit to force consent. So they have construed that not giving consent is reason for arrest & denial of due process through their summary courts. Law is determined by precedent, by logical argument.Something the Govt will suppress at all cost where it is concerned There is no precedent set in law which allows Govt/gardai act in the way that they are. When Irish water comes to town, I wont stand by & watch women & children manhandled outside their own homes & do nothing other than film, whether i agree with the charge or not...They might outnumber me but they dont outnumber us. If they arrest me it will be for the right reasons. the honourable thing to do everyone to their own but I couldnt sleep knowing innocent people had been dragged off while i sit at home. There is no point shouting Shame at Gardai ....... theyve already demonstrated they have none where their own pay & conditions are at stake. Gardai threatened to withdraw discretionary powers if their salary was upset & we are not meant to realise that law is not high on their agenda, only money. No more women & kids or those uniforms, wigs & institutions wont protect you. Uphold the law or fall victim by your own hand.. https://youtube/watch?v=rGIY5Vyj4YM
