Governor Snyder will be explaining his priorities for the coming year during his State of the State speech as well as other speeches in January. In early February, he will present a budget to the legislature. They will negotiate budget priorities through the Spring, hopefully finalizing it in May or June. The Ann Arbor PTOC Advocacy Committee will be watching for any education-related priorities and opportunities to influence legislators.
