Grab a band and lets work the booty! If you dont have a band, thats ok, ankle weights work OR just do it without, creating your down resistance as you lift and push! If your booty doesnt hurt by the end of these workouts, you didnt do enough of them!! Keep the band around the arches of your feet and lift your leg out to the side. The key is to keep you toe down, foot flexed, and lift your HEEL up. As youre tapping your foot back, extend your leg and push your heel back. Squat and lift the same as you did in the first move! In the last move, push back without tapping your foot on the ground. Add some extra OUCH by adding a pulsing lift or push to the end of each move. Watch out, itll get ya!!!
