Grace Carr was my 3rd grade teacher. She taught me a lesson I will never forget. She had too many students & told the principle if she got 0ne more student, that she would quit. I still remember the day we got another student & wont mention any names, but that was her last day. She gave her word & kept it. I will never forget that & did attend her funeral in the early 2000s. I was one of the last students she taught :-( She is buried in a remote cemetery outside of Chillcothe.
