Grace abounds! Once we realize that, we do not desire to sin more. No! For our hearts know that such abundant grace as is found in Jesus can only be met with humbled surrender and a desire to please Him who has done all to save us. Are we covered in Christ? Yes! From sins past. From sins of today. From sins to come. Shall we shame ourselves and thumb our nose at His grace? Forbid it, Lord! May His grace, which indeed is full and complete, humble us, and may we respond with a life submitted to Him, committed to growth, loving of others and filled with worship for Him who is worthy. "Now the law came in to increase the trespass, but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, so that, as sin reigned in death, grace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it?" (Romans 5:20-21, 6:1-2, ESV)
